Where do we deliver?

We provide delivery service from our warehouses at Rockhampton.  See below to view distribution network. You can also pick up your order from the Rockhampton and Whitsunday warehouses by arrangement.  Please note we no longer provide a pick up service from the Emerald warehouse.

What are cut off times for ordering?

Orders must be in by midnight Sunday for Tuesday and Wednesday delivery and midnight Wednesday for Friday delivery. Orders received after the cut off time will be on the next delivery schedule.

When can I expect my delivery?

Delivery is usually between 7am and 3pm.  If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery and pick up and what are the delivery charges?

The minimum order is $100 with a $15 fee for delivery or $50 for orders picked up from the Rockhampton and Whitsunday distribution centers.  Free delivery is available on orders when customers spend $200 or more.

Returns Policy

If any product arrives damaged or with quality defects, please tell us promptly after delivery of your order. We will offer a refund or replacement. All we ask is a photo via email or sms showing the nature of the problem and the brand of the product. Please Contact Us with your order number and telephone number.
