If any product arrives damaged or with quality defects please tell us promptly after delivery of your order. We will offer a refund or replacement. All we ask is a photo via email or sms showing the nature of the problem and the brand of the product. Please email email@example.com. Remember to leave your telephone number and your invoice number.
